Snakes in a rug?!?

Anyways...I work for a company that sells oriental rugs. We ship EVERYWHERE including some major retailers like for instance Home Depot.

Now I saw the e-mail chain following a customer finding a snake in our rug. Well that's odd considering we don't really keep our warehouse warm & it's still fairly cold here for a snake to be roaming around. Not to the mention the picture is super low quality so it could even be a fake rubber snake.

Then I see where the Home Depot was...Sunrise, FL....

So they apparently completely dismissed the fact that absolutely no snakes could be in a warm sunny, swamp like state such as Florida. Lets not forget the snake coming from here would have had to survive the journey by semi for days in an airtight package.



No I won't post the pic but it is a black guy holding a snake wrapped around his arm taken with a camera phone from 2000.

We actually get quite bit from that general region...I always wanted to find one in a rug but alas
