I just meant Jenkins in the first round. I didn't know they were looking to add so many receivers with Alex Smith. I was hoping they'd pick up a back.

Melvin Ingram at 18 is a damn fucking good pick, can't believe the Jets passed on him.

Slightly undersized, but the dude has a crazy high motor and is the best pass rusher in this years draft class.

Dude has been a cancer to every locker room he's ever been in. The guy (next to Albert Haynesworth) is the biggest slacker considering his potential. There's a reason he has the rap that he does. Luckily SF structured his contract so that it is heavily incentive based, and there's no guaranteed money, so it's a pretty low-risk affair for SF.

I don't see him getting more than 60-75 receptions, assuming he stays healthy. What he will do is stretch the field and open up plenty of room for Vernon Davis underneath. I know who I'll be looking to draft at TE this year for my Fantasy team.

He's not a locker room cancer like TO, doesn't really cause drama. But he does tend to slack off. Slacking off, teams are willing to take a risk on considering his upside.

There's a reason he got released by the Vikes the day after this press conference, a mere 4 weeks after they re-acquired him from NE.

He has the opportunity to come back and play in the NFL, which few people get the chance to do, so if he's smart he'll keep his mouth shut and work hard. I don't think Harbaugh is going to put up with any shit.

Denver did the same in the second round...but I guess they figure Peyton has less than 5 years left in the tank. But yeah, I didn't get that pick by the skins either..it's not like you can't find a halfway decent backup for cheap through trade/free agency.

They still had Grossman and Beck, and as far as I can remember, they still had Colt Brennan too.

They did release Beck as soon as they drafted Cousins though. According to speculation, I would have gotten McCoy from Cleveland instead of wasting a draft pick.

Yeah, I dunno what they were thinking with that. On the other hand, my Boys waited until the 4th round to pick up a safety...and that was one of the positions that killed us last year. Not DE, not LB....SAFETY!!!!!1

We apparently see things drastically different than our teams do.

I always figured our O-line was the issue, but they're barely focusing on that.
