exploding accessory belts
74k on the clock, and while driving back from lunch a bunch of lights in the dash light up and I lose power steering.
 Opened the hood and found that my alternator and p/s belt looked like it was shredded. The A/C belt didn't look too good either. Both the alternator and p/s pulleys spun freely so I'm pretty sure it was just...age or dry-rot that killed the belts. Limped it to the local Autozone with no alternator or power steering and fixed it in the parking lot. ONTO THE PICS!

That's a nice CLEAN engine bay. I like that a lot.

At least it wasn't like the last one I saw that exploded. Power steering pump spit the pulley out the front on my buddies jeep. That was kind of messy.
