my friend had a conversation about pie
The people in the story are:
Eric (called Me in the story, since he wrote it) Judy (his friend) Alice (his girlfriend) Here is how he put it: Judy called out of the blue. She begins to tell a story and I cut her off with a pretty serious tone... Me- Judy. (pause) Her- Yeah? Me- So, I just got off the phone with Alice and (hesitate)...I have a pie in the oven Her- NO FUCKING WAY, SHIT ERIC!!!! Me- Wait wait wait! Let me explain... Her- No! Me- LISTEN! I JUST got off the phone with Alice a minute ago. AND, I am baking a pie, which is in the oven.
