You'll be fine but you'll probably wake up in the morning feeling dizzy and a little disconnected. A person starting Zoloft is typically given 50mg/day for one week and then moved up to 100mg/day (depending on age, weight, severity of symptoms, etc.). Any dosage modification will produce those same dizzyness, but be assured you'll probably be fine.

If you really get scared, you should probably call a hospital and ask them what to do. There really isn't a lot you can do, though. I'd recommend trying to go to bed (Zoloft does tend to induce sleepiness) and in the morning you'll probably feel a little weird but you'll get through it.

edit: Also, I don't know what you mean by going out, but if you feel dizzy, you probably shouldn't drive. Also, do NOT drink alcohol. Zoloft amplifies alcohol's ability to make you drunk and you shouldn't operate a motor vehicle when you've taken a dosage that your body isn't used to.

i work in a pharmacy, and there is no known drug interaction between Allegra and Zoloft. but it's not smart to do that.
