It's been a good couple weeks since I've picked up another supra, so me and my buddy figured we'd hit up a local wrecker and do what we do best. This car was a theft recovery in perfect working condition, but could never be on the road again. she died too young, but her legacy will live on.

there's only one car in my post. we stripped that car. it's a theft recovery, and was written off by icbc (most likely because it was paid out to the owner before recovery) and therefore the car is considered "scrap". it's not a vehicle anymore and can never be certified to be on the road. hell, we couldn't even take it outside the yard.

Thats fucked up, here if that happens you just have to buy it from the insurance company usually for a few grand depending on the car... and the title becomes a "salvage" title usually.

So after you stripped it down like that will they let you take the frame or the frame has to stay?

p.s. how much did the junk yard charge you for taking all that stuff off the car?
