I just got off work, 7pm - 7am EST, industrial scaleman at north americas leading rubber manufactoring facility. At this point in my life, I'm working upwards of 100 hrs a week, sometimes more than 24 hrs straight, while still maintaining a girlfriend, ride time, and quality time with my friends.

Life is strange, but get whats to be got while the gettins good.

Edit: I just took the first module in my MCSE - needed 700/1000, got 1000. Stoked!

Sometimes I get depressed and have second thoughts about everything, but all I need to do is look forward to shift end, shower time, and going home for a few beers before the next job or hittin the sack, and it keeps me going

I'm only 22, I can do this for a while before I burn out, right?

I worked 80+ hours a week and went to college full time as well between 18-20... At 22 just having a full time job I tried adding another part time job which added back to 80 hours I couldn't do it, more power to you though. I'm 23 now and I swear I'd rather be working my one job and doing my side tech business than what I was doing before.

For a few reasons:

1) Live a fairly decent lifestyle: motorcycle, insurances (bike, car, life), going out, lots of spending money
2) paying off student loan/credit cards, etc
3) Feel very guilty that I dropped out of school and have not yet been accepted for my apprenticeship, therefore I need to make up for being a loser

Pennance for my wrong doing I guess you could say

I don't need the money that bad though.

The only thing I'm working right now is a couple more corona before I hit the sack

One look into my eyes (non webcam pic) and you can see the toll this has taken on my body

On with other news, today is the day I am finally moving out of the Waterloo student ghetto forever. This excites me.
