authentic mexican hibatchi

i went to a late lunch at benihana yesterday and was quite perturbed at the status of the restaurant. normally at benihana dinner is the show, and i was not amused. as we all know southern california is known as northern mexico due to the immigrants that have invaded the us border. sure, they work cheap, and mow lawns, but what i didn't expect is for them to be cooking my $30 meal when benihana is known for their japanese cookery.

since mexicans work for 1/3 of the price, why wasn't my meal only $10?

1. went to dinner at benihana
2. chef was messican
3. food
4. hmmmm

they're also a hallmark of cheap italian restaurants. not all swarthy people preparing your food are sicilians.

the sushi chefs at my friends sushi bar are all mexican or micronesian. but the sushi is still

last time i went to a japanese steakhouse, the chef was some 19 year old with braces.

granted, he was really good, but it does take away from the overall effect.

we have a chinese restaurant here that's run my mexicans

we also have a mexican restaurant that's run my chinese people

it's kind of wierd

My local fish and chip shop (traditional english food) is run by chinese
