the pizza guys in chapel hill used to go and smoke (pot) while they were out on delivery because they dont give a fuck about the college students, so when they would take their time with our orders i would open the bathroom window on our 8th floor room and hit him with waterballoons while he was waiting in the parking lot below.

Its rarely the drivers fault the pizza is late its usually whatever high school dropout is the stores "manager" not having proper staffing. However by not tipping you ENSURE that all future orders will be late regardless. Speaking form experience, drivers are a vindictive bunch
