Protocol Not Known Error

rtsp is not a registered protocol.

The address (URL) starts with a protocol that is not recognized by the browser. 3.3lb shell with a 2.2lb payload. Breach-reloadable I would assume. More than 700m in indirect-fire mode and about 300m in direct-fire mode. It's quiet too. No hearing protection required. It can be fired from inside a vehicle as well.
