anyone use Moox's Firefox builds?

I switch to Moox's builds a little while back and I really enjoy the snappier feel. However every time I upgrade to a new one (following the HOWTO on his site) I end up having to manually reinstall ALL my extensions. This is a pain in the ass to reinstall and then reconfigure them to my liking. Is there a way to keep the installed extensions when upgrading?

There's some instructions on his forums but I've never used them.

I only use three extensions so it's not that big of a deal to me.

I used moox before. It is slightly faster for me but not much. Then I was in that period where the official release kept updating with fixes and I stopped using the moox cos it was annoying me having to move and save files etc.

Not for a while now. I started doing my own firefox tweaks (mostly config stuff). Now I'm using Deer Park Alpha 2 (pretty buggy but works most of the time).

I'm using it, but I'm about to backup all of my extensions and settings and switch over to a regular build. Lots of extensions don't work on Moox's (unless it's just me)
