So I got this email saying I could get 100 free spins on Royal Vegas Casinos slots. I went to the site, created the account and started my 100 free spins. After a few spins I won 640.00. I then was told if I made a "real" account and deposited 20.00 in it, I could transfer my winnings over to that account...and so I did. When I tried to transfer it over it said i had to at least wager the 100.00 I had recieved for free...i.e. I had to at least wager 100 dollars befor I could transfer it over. I wagered some more money until I thought I had met that, (they don't show you how much you have wagered), and then it transfered over no problem.

I then tried to make a withdrawl...I got several Microsoft SQL errors and the page closed. I went back in and the amount in my account was 0.00 so I figured all was well.

Well after a day I went back in and there was the money back in my account...544.50, my winnings from the free spins and the 20 I deposited plus they matched my 20.00 with another 20 bucks. I thought I might only be able to withdraw the first winnings so I tried to withdraw 504.50, and leave my 20 and the 20 they gave me in there, It acted like it went through. When I looked again the next day my balance was 40.00 and so I used their online chat and got "Don" from South Africa...here is the chat...

WTF? I called and got Don on the phone and he was no help since I was an asshole to him in chat LOL. He sadi that since I had tried to withdraw it twice they could do whatever they wanted to do so they are not going to give my money back. I asked for his boss and got Rudolph on the line. Rudolph just kept on and on about the TOS and that they had every right to do what they did, I said yes but I didn't know the TOS as well as he did and it was an honest mistake, hell if any of you had won cash like that you would try and withdraw it too! I asked him if he thought it was fair to do thisand he said yea, I asked him if morally he thought it was right and he would not answer and just kept on saying it was impossible to get the money back. I asked him if he was willing to do it was it possible to put the money back, he said yes but he was not willing to do it.

The conversation went on a while and when I asked him how much I could withdraw at this point he said the complete balance in the account. I told him are you sure? he said yes. I said well since I am an honest person I must point out the fact that 20.00 of that money was free money that your company gave me when I deposited the initial 20.00 , he said oh yes your right, my mistake.
