Silent Hunter 3 problem, bridgeview white textures?


Finally got around to playing this game and I have a problem:




That's what it looks like when I am viewing from the bridge. It (so far) seems to only be happening on the bridge and no where else.

In the main control room I don't have any problems at all with the character/enviroment.

In free view It does this-

From a distance the bridge/people on it look normal and fine:


However if I zoom in closer, bam the problem pops up:


It's like when I get close a shader or something is kicking it and trying to make things white? I don't know what the heck is going on.

So far it's only the bridge area that has that problem, the sub itself, the inside, etc gives me no graphical problems like that.

I've updated the game and everything.

Running on a 6800ultra w/ 81.85 drivers.

Nevermind, found the answer on the SH3 forums, it's a problem with the 81.xx drivers (which sucks cause I HAVE to have these drivers to run other games).
