I walked in to buy some CO2 cartridges and pellets, and maybe have them fix my buddy's pump-action pellet rifle, which had a pellet stuck in it. As a bad omen, they ask if it's .177 or .22 (um, shouldn't that be obvious from looking at it, if you're experienced?). Then I hear them banging a rod down the barrel, then one of them asks me to come into the work area, saying "something else was in the barrel, apparently some piece of plastic." I walk in to see him mangling a plastic piece out of the barrel from area where the clip fits and wonder, WTF is that. Then I jiggled a lever on the side of the gun, and it became apparent that he was pulling the bolt out of the GUN!!!! I pointed this out and he said it must have been stuck in the barrel. Well, when I got home I took a look at it, and it was obviously one piece connected to the lever (which you pull back before pumping the rifle). What a fucking moron...
I'm going back to return the CO2 + pellets I bought, and tear them a new one for trying to rip the fucking bolt out of the gun, then telling me that it must have been stuck in the barrel. Yeah, that's because you didn't pull it back, asstard! |

 Personally, I'd have taken it back to where it was purchased if possible... but that aside... I can't fault them for not knowing how to deal with something, bad bad juju though for them to fuck around with something they don't know how to deal with. I'd be getting upset with them for not just admitting that personally.

why did you buy the CO2 and pellets when this happened? i agree that they sound like retards, but that doesn't mean that you should buy something then and then later decide to return it.
