London Ontario has a blizzard (cell pics FTL)
So in London its been snowing for almost 24 hours with a small break (under an hour) in between.
Transit is fucked, every road less than 4 lanes is completely fucked, Western and Fanshawe campuses fucked. Snow crews have done areas twice and there still is inches of snow! Pics taken with a Sony Ericsson W810i so don't complain... and it was still snowing when these pics were taken... not even an hour ago. At my firend's places some can't even open the screen door... there is so much snow!
I got stranded at the library at Western since the bus couldn't make it. I walked to a buddies' house, chilled/napped until 5:30 and walked 10 minutes (keep in mind all sidewalks are as deep as my driveway so I had to walk on the road!  ) until I hailed a cab who would only drop me off at the intersection. I walked another couple minutes to my house. I was dropped off 30 seconds from the first pic of my street.Holy shit! Also this is a 4 lane road that runs from downtown to Western... this pic is at the Western Gates. Its 4 lanes and there are tons of buses here in the day as well as bumper to bumper traffic in rush hour. This is after being plowed 3 times!
