Digital photo frames

There seems to be a million of these things out there. I was thinking about getting my gf one for her birthday next month. I know i could build one, but i dont have the time, and dont want to fix it if shit goes wrong.

So I ask you genmay, what digital frames do you recommend? Im looking at spending $150 or less and it would be nice if it had some on board memory, ac power, and the higher the resolution the better.

The Philips ones are pretty nice, not sure if they have onboard memory or not.
