Need better ideas for Sunday BBQ's.

For the last 2 months all my old friends from college get together and we BBQ, lately it's been for the NFL but now itll be for NASCAR and baseball, but we pretty much accept any excuse to get people together.

Anyway, we have done the whole burgers, brisket, braut, beer-in-the-butt chicken, and baby back ribs bbqs (say that 5 times fast) but now I'm looking for something different to cook. I was thinking about doing a crawfish boil but them fuckers are almost $2/lbs right now and there is no way I'm going to spend ~$80 to feed like 5 people.

So I come to [M] asking suggestions.

What are some of your favorite things to BBQ? It doesnt matter if it takes a long time to cook (hell we smoked the brisket for 10 hours).

you can feed 10 -20 people on 40 lbs of crawfish. You just have to have the extras like new potatoes, corn on the cob and some good french bread or any hard shelled bread.

other than that whole wild pig is always great as is baby goat.
