Best Birthday Trick ever

So i work in a production studio, with in house studio, green screen room, pro tools suites, avid nitris/symphony suites, and Final Cut editing rooms...the person in charge of the studio had a birthday yesterday and as a great gag, someone hired an improv comic and had the mission of playing an investor from Comedy Central who was interested in an in house production comedy skit a few people are working on for some film fest....Here's how it went...

Lady shows up to see Mitch (birthday boy) and Mitch was pre-warned that the neice of an investor from Comedy Central is coming in to follow him for the day and see how production flows in the studio to see if they want the Comedy Central name tagged to this project.

Mitch is freaking out cause he has to 'entertain' this lady all day long and not look like a doofus and sell the idea to her!

So after she shows up he is hanging otu in the studio watching a set get torn down..during that time pictures of mitch are hung EVERYWHERE in the studio in place of all the previous art that was there! (A big job that was worked on all week by our interns )

They take the elevator up to the 2nd floor where they are greeted with the first photo of him...with the caption "My life is like an elevator, always going up and higher than you!"

She plays it off serious and asks if this is a normal art piece in the elevator.

They go up to the second floor and see more pictures....outside the pro tools suite is the same photo with caption "I may be def and dumb, but Bryen makes up for my shortcumings"

Mitch is very wierded out now, she recieves a phone call and procedes to the bathroom to think about this....where...he is greeted with a photo of himself above the urnal with caption "Why are you laughing at me, the joke is in your hand"

The walk down the hallway and find Mitch's head on Gunther's body for the avid editing suites with no captions....i dont have the edits, just the original

She starts talking business and asks why CC would be interested in such a joke of a company and asks how antyhing ever gets done here with all the music blasting out of the suites and people galavanting around with nothing to do. He tries to recover from that and takes her ot the 3rd floor where his office is and where the film project is being edited.

They get to the 3rd floor and there's a picture of some rapper in front of alot of hot cars and women with Mitch's face on it again with caption "Welcome to My World"

His face is now red as an apple and he is freaking out because he has no idea of what is going on...they pass the pool table with a picture of some guy laying on a pool tabvle all sexy like with Mitch's face and the caption 'Have you been felt these balls?" BAAAHAHAHAHAHAAA

Mitch is ready to puke....they get to the edit room and there is a picture of someone holding a bunch of sausage with his face and the caption "Got Sausage?"

So they go in and show her the video they are working on...Mitch and the editor are laughing histarically at the preview and her face is straight as an arrow...they finish watching it and after not hearing her or seeing an expression change on her face she says "What kind of a joke is this, you have seriously been workign on this for 4 weeks and this is all you can show me? How do you expect us to do anything with this company when you cant even show me something of interest. I feel like this place is run by kids, here to have fun, not to work. I can't believe i traveled accross the country to see this shit. Can you give me soemwhere private, i need to make a phone call" So they put her in an empty edit suite and she pretends to be on the phone for about a half hour"

In this time Mitch is freaking out, the editor feels like shit because he doesnt know what is oging on and felt very proud of the work they have done. Mitch starts calling people bitching about wtf these photos of him are doing everywhere and to see if someone can come take this lady off his hands and show her some work we've done for a client....no one comply's and Mitch is stuck with her for the rest of the day!

She comes out of the room with a very sad and angry look on her face and wants to talk with him and the owners. So the 5 of them get together in the conference room and she rips the shit out of Mitch for having no power to control the people that work for him, calling them about a piece of shit project that wouldnt entertain a room full of stoners, and there is no way in hell that any type of investments will ever come to this studio. The owners (1 of the 3 dont know about this joke) all look at each other with a dumbfounded look on their face and one asks Mitch "Do you have any response" He works on trying to dig himself out of this shit hole he is in and the lady interupts him and says "I can see this is all a little too much for you Mitch, what if I just say "Happy Birthday from everyone here and I'll go on my way back to improv school down the block"

BAAAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAA!!!!! Mitch then offered everyone a drink and started on the vodka/full throttle energy drink mixes! LOL
