What're you guys eating for breakfast?

I need some inspiration as I am hungry but so tired that I have no clue what to eat.

I had macaroni stew. Its delicious and cheap. Takes about 10 minutes to make.

Boil 100g macaroni

Melt two spoonfulls of butter (no bubbles) and add two spoonfulls of flour. Whip together to a yellow mass. If it's runny add more flour until it is sticky rather than runny.
Add about two deciliters of milk. Thats about two standard drinking glasses worth of milk.
Whip the flour/butter mix into the milk, so that its an homogenous mixture.
Use medium heat (4/6) so that it just barely boils; stir the whole time.
If it gets hard within a minut or two add a little more milk.
After about five minutes it should start to get thick, like a stew.
Add some sugar. I like things really sweet and add 1/4th as much sugar as I used flour. Half a spoonfull for this amount then I guess.
Keep stirring for a minute.
Take the stew off the plate and add the macaroni. Mix together.
Eat.

Its like a cheap and easy macaroni and cheese really.
