Tools of the Trade.


So I'm interested in compiling a toolset for in home computer repair. Things like Winsock fix tool, IE fix tool, SymNRT, etc. But I just have a feeling there are some apps I'm missing. So in this thread reply with what tools you use or basically what's on your flash drive.

Never used it but WinCPUID has come in handy a few times.

Also SiSoft Sandra can be helpful at times.

Find a whole list of update packs of whichever products you're going to support, like Windows XP, Vista, etc. They're out there. You can then streamline those installs into a windows installer using nLite.
