Things to do in Seoul, South Korea?

So, yeah, we finalized our Asia trip plan yesterday.
We're leaving in 3 weeks!!

- 5 days in Hong Kong, China
- 6 days in Ho Chi Ming, Vietnam
- 5 days in Seoul, South Korea
- 4 days in Tokyo, Japan

I'm in charge of researching and finding out things to do in Seoul.
My cousin is in charge of Tokyo and I don't have much faith in him, so tell me about Japan as well.
Any idea, guys? I'm stoked. I haven't left the province for 13 years (granted I once went to Vancouver and Saskatoon)
