Any Lawyers? V. Parking Citation
any lawyers out there? Keep in mind, im 16, and i drive a red 1994 mustang gt
i did nothing wrong I pull in to Culvers around 10:15 with my bud to get some food, i heard a cop shout "freeze" everyone without food is getting a ticket. Seeing as I just pulled in I figured I'd try and avoid the fiasco. So i start to back out and the cop starts flashing her flashlight at me, i'm immediately like "shit'. She tells me to turn off my car and give her the keys. I comply. I tell her we just got there and we were just trying to get food, but then you yelled that everyone without food was getting a ticket for loitering. Then I told her, it wasn't possible for us to get food before we could park my car and walk inside. Then she says no, you are cruising the highway, then she proceeds to tell me a story about how someone died in a car accident, and then called me a "punk A$$ Mother****er" I tell her once again, I'm just here to get some food, I mean, we JUST pulled onto the highway and stopped at culvers. Then shes like, no its gonna work like this, I write you a ticket and you go back to brookfield, or hartland, or wherever youre from. Ugh, $40 trespassing, i guess ill see her in court |
