Ok so I've had this sore type thing on the underside of my penis, about an inch down from the tip. The best way to describe it is that it looked like an elevated section of skin with an inset dark coloring. I could never figure out what it was but I'd had it as long as I could remember. Well after masturbation or sex it would start to get a little irritated and hurt a little. I've kinda non-chalantly asked what it is but never really got a straight answer. I thought it might have been a circumcision scar but today has proved that wrong.

So here's the deal. Today it was bothering me a little more than usual, so I was sort of messing with it, I started to squeeze it a little and I noticed it had a definite texture to it. It hurt a little bit but not exceedingly. As I squeezed a little harder I noticed something was coming out. Now I have this small BB pellet sized black thing that came out of the skin. It was basicaly as if somone cut a small hole in my penis, and inserted a seed of some sort. (it looks like a lemon seed but it's black). I really am totally clueless at this point, but the spot where this object was is back to normal now, I have no bleeding and no pain. I know we can't post pictures in here and I can't really describe this well. But somone help? I am really confused...

Are you sexually active ? When was your last sexual encounter ? The word 'sore' and penis throws up red flags leading to STD if you ask me. Many STDs are simply sores but they do not have to be open sores (like herpes). Syphilis is a hard red bump that can in time turn black, and if not treated could lead to early death.

Not to send you in a panic, but um ... see a fucking doctor dude.

I got one of those from running on gravel in bare feet.
Basically, what happend is that I burst a blood vein and it filled a "pocket" of blood the size of a small aquarium rock, over the months I left it and realized it got hard too.
I Basically was watching tv, bored off my ass picking at it and slowly peeled/removed the skin ontop of the black hardened blood and just removed it like a muffin in a pan, still have a inverted bubble where it was.

Pretty nasty shit, i dunno how the fuck you'd get one on your dick.

That sounds like a possibility. I've had it forever, I was thinking maybe I zipped my dick up in my jeans or something a long time ago and it scarred in a strange way. But it seems like removing whatever it was was a good thing because now it's not sore anymore. Whats weird is there is a small hole where I squeezed it out, still there. but it's not sore or bleeding or anything. Really quite strange.

I'll go to a doctor if things worsen, but I'm not really doin so well on the money front, so I'll hold off for now.

I'm sexually active, just had sex with my girlfriend yesterday. But I highly doubt this is an STD of any sort, I've had it forever. Well before I was sexually active.
