I like Tripadvisor, had a ton of information on hotels, resorts, restaurants, and stuff to do once you get there.
You have to filter the reviews a bit, people grade on a sliding scale there. A lot of the people who go to 4-5 star places are outrageously picky and will give bad reviews for stupid bitchy little things. People that go to more normal places hand out good reviews easier. The result is the really incredibly resorts often have lower ratings than places they beat hands down, just because of the reviewer bias. |

If its an unknown hotel I check trip advisor, otherwise I go based on where our friends have been and what they said.
I book everything through Expedia, they have been the most reliable. If I ever have issues, with hotel or plane they are excellent when it comes to service.
