I'm no expert but I don't think mice shitting themselves to death all over my house would be good thing.

Makes you think. Hmmm.

yeah i put something similar in our attic, mixed results. i was checking it regularly, weeks of nooothin, so i stopped checking. Short while later I had three mouse soup, two weeks baking up there. ungodly stench. weird mold on top of them.

i have had the most success killing both roof rats and mice with this electric trap, and rat gel. peanut butter crusts over, gel bait does not

oh also.. solution for keeping mice out of the attic and ceiling/walls above and around my room was fox urine.

bottles with cotton batting inside, add a few drips of piss to the batting. put the lids on, poke holes in em, chuck em to far corners of the attic.. worked like a charm

That seems like a pretty good idea...

A woman just gave me an excellent alternative to killing them as well. Mice for some reason cannot stand the smell of Moth Balls. She says if I leave them in areas where these mice seem to frequent the most, they will eventually go away. She also says that Peppermint Oil also works very well!

Im gonna try this

Reading and COMPREHENSION much"

Source of water placed OUTSIDE the house so they run to it to try to take on more water than they shit out. Would work great in concert with the roller bucket trap

or if you live in an always pretty warm area get some of the pitcher plants from Hawaii. They eat rodents.
