Very simple backup program?

I am looking for a program similar in function to any that usually come with a removable hard drive from the major manufacturers. Something like western digitals software that come with mybooks, or along those lines.

Simple select files and backup on a schedule. I didn't like windows built in backup due to it compressing and storing, and it seems like a pita to just change settings.

Pick folders to backup, select destination and schedule it. Adding folders down the road should be easy to do as well.

Is there anything freeware for windows 7?
