cheap studio light kits

So my sister got me a $100 giftcard to ritzcamera.com . I can only purchase online. I don't really know what to get. I have a 20d with 17-40L and a 50 1.8. I have enough memory. I was thinking about getting a cheap light to mess around with. I don't want to spend more than $150. None of the items really have any reviews, so what do you think about these?

or

I don't expect them to be quality or anything. I just want something to produce enough light to get some decent shots.

Does Opus exist in the US? They make some reasonable cheap starter kits.

i was looking at the strobist kits, but decided against it.

i bought a used nikon sb24 off ebay for 40 bux, and a stand and umbrella off amazon instead. then i had a friend over at flashzebra.com make me some custom cables...

i plan on making a post later tonight to describe my new setup.
