I hate my coworker

I have worked at a country club for almost a year now, first as a busboy, then at a snackbar at the pool and now in the kitchen. When I first joined I made it a point to introduce myself to everyone. I met a one-armed guy named greg who worked in the kitchen as the salad guy, I thought he was really cool, because he was so nice to me...later to find out how utterly discusting this is.
I could tell after about a month of working there that he was gay, which doesn't bother me as long as they leave me the hell alone, but he is also a pedo and has been to jail for sex with a minor. After discovering this I tried to stay away from him as much as possible. To no avail...everything I did he was usually near by, trying to 'help'. If I went into the store room or the walk in freezer, he was right by me asking what I wanted. I usually just...well I ran like hell.
Now that I work in the kitchen, he is training me. Now I really don't mind him as much as I used to since I think he got the message and backed off, but he is starting his old tactics again. The other day I think he touched my ass, and yesterday while filling a tray of veggies he said
