yes, much better to get even a small amount of sleep.
i used to stay up well over 24 hours because the amount I'd get between work and clinicals was so small I figured it wasn't worth it to sleep.

i have never really been able to doze off but once i took 3 pseudoephedrine caps thinking that you were supposed to take 2 and I was at 1.5 dosage... turned out it was 1 and i was at 3x... so those make you wicked tired, I managed to just be using the computer, close my eyes and wake up 15 minutes earlier
makes you feel refreshed when you do that, like a shower

Its 7:48 am and i havent gone to sleep yet. I have class at 10. On sunday i stayed up until 8 am and slept until 10. Let me tell you sleeping for 2 hours then having to get up makes you feel like complete shit

I'm up all night trying to finish homework. Is it a bad idea to take a 30 minute nap now, then wake up and continue working?

I'm so tired i'm zoning out of doing the homework. I can't just screw it though because it's a good chunk of my grade
