Want to make my own mixtape, software suggestions?
So anyways I want to make my own mixtape of rap tracks and such purely for fun, but anyways what audio editing software is good?
I have already Adobe Soundbooth from the Master Collection I got through my Dad's work, but is this better than Adobe Audition or are they meant for two different sorts of tasks? But what software would you guys recommend for combining tracks and compiling stuff?

I use Cool Edit Pro for my
audio editting needs. I mixed this song in like 5 minutes out of boredom. http://www.albertdonalson.com/fuckme.mp3

For remix work ableton live, or sound forge.
For big ass mulitracking protools or logic. For mastering/single track editing peak pro, or wavelab (or wave-editor if you are cheap on mac)
