Force formatting a USB key

So i work in a net cafe and find alot of USB keys. Just wondering if anyone knows of some software that will force format a USB key that is write protected as i have many of these, and i cant copy things onto them or delete things off them. They cant just be formatted either.

Any help would be great Thanks

I would try this:
control panel>performance and maintanance>administrative tools>computer management>then right click on the drive and click format...give that a try and see how that goes
