Just got back from the board of directors annual meeting and my god was the dinner they served delicious. I had a little bit of everything...
Appetizers: Russian Cabbage Rolls, Russian Piroshkies, Romanian Filo Stuffed with Cheese, Hummus and Pita Main: Pacific Islands (Tonga) Ota (Ceviche), Pacific Islands Feke (octopus in coconut milk), Nepalese Chicken Curry, Central African Catfish baked in a banana leaf, Burmese Beef Stew, Burmese Lima Bean Stew, Middle Eastern Lamb w/ Eggplant Sides: Central African Plantains, Central African Cooked Vegetables, Middle Eastern Tabouli Salad, Middle Eastern Rice Dish, Nepalese Pulaw Rice Dish Desserts: Russian Napoleon Cake, Romanian Celebration Cake, Baklava And lots of wine.
