It's low carb at the moment, although I'm thinking about making a gradual transition to a more traditional diet since LC isn't as useful when you're technically not overweight anymore.
I went to the gym off and on for like a month and a half last semester. But then I had 6 weeks off on break, and then I started going again last week. So I'm not really stuck, just embarrassed. Plus, I'm still losing weight so I won't gain as much and I have in fact made small gains, so there's that.
